At Destination4WD, we are passionate about three things: Four wheeling, awnings and Australia!
Founded by Rafa Mata and Liz Campbell at the height of Covid in 2020, Destination4WD launched to the market in 2021 with an Australian-made first and a completely new style of 4WD awning.
The Destination4WD awnings are the first and only 4×4 awnings made in Australia with extendable (telescopic) arms, which ultimately means, they open out square to give more shade, protection and massive coverage.
We are proud to manufacture and assemble our awnings and accessories in Australia using Australian materials and labour wherever possible.
It is extremely important for Rafa to give back to the country that opened its arms to him as a migrant, having come here with nothing except a dream to live the Australian way.
It’s our goal to make sure Australians are covered and protected when they’re on the road, experiencing the adventures and living out their dreams too.
